Richard
Jacklin
Richard
qualified as a Solicitor in 1971, and for 15 years was a
partner with Gair Roberts Hurst & Walker, a long
established Liverpool practice with a respected reputation
for Probate and Trust work. He then joined Davies
Wallis Foyster, one of the largest firms of commercial
lawyers in the North West, where he was head of the Private
Client Department; his work included Estate Planning and tax
advice to business clients and family companies. In
1993 he set up his own practice in Southport. In 2001
he was appointed as a member of the Office of the Public Guardian's Deputies Panel. |

Susan
Malthouse
Susan
Malthouse qualified as a Solicitor in 1976 after teaching
English for some years. She was a lecturer in law and
subsequently joined Dodds Ashcroft a well known Liverpool
practice where she specialised in Wills, Probate and
Trusts. Following a merger she was a senior Solicitor
in the Private Client Department at Davies Wallis Foyster,
one of the largest firms in the North West until she joined
Richard Jacklin in 2002 in order to offer a more personal
service to clients. |

Dorothy
Alker
Dorothy
has worked with Richard Jacklin since 1986, following
experience in the fields of banking and motor finance.
After qualifying as an Associate Legal Executive, she dealt
with the administration of estates and personal tax work,
and she now manages the firm's office systems and accounts. |

Helen Wilson
Helen has dealt with Private Client legal work since 1993. She joined the
firm in 2002, and is the firm's Conveyancing Assistant, managing property
transactions and mortgages. Helen is training to be a Licensed Conveyancer
and expects to qualify in 2012.

Sue Greer
Sue has worked for a number of local firms of solicitors and has twenty
years' experience of Private Client work. She joined the firm in 2006. She
deals with Wills and Probate, and also with Powers of Attorney.
