Formation

We can advise voluntary organisations whether their objects and activities would be regarded by the law as exclusively charitable. We can also help with preparation of an application to the Charity Commission for registration, advise on the best type of legal structure for the charity and prepare the charity's governing document.

Administration

Once the organisation has been registered as a charity, we can advise the trustees on their legal responsibilities and obligations, in particular the preparation of accounts and annual report and the charity's annual return to the Charity Commission.
